Online Registration is now open via our Frontline-Solutions enrollment program. Currently Google Chrome and Apple Safari browsers are not supported. Please use Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or Microsoft Internet Explorer to register online.
Polar Ice House & MVP Sports Online Registration
Please select the link for the program you are interested in on the drop down menu. You will be prompted to login after choosing a program. If you are re-registering your child, please use their first and last name when logging in. This will help us maintain customer information integrity. Discounts will be applied when the program registration is reconciled in our system. In the comment field please let us know which discount you are applying for.
